Michael C. Williams has been announcing professionally for over 25 years. While many may know Michael primarily as a Ring Announcer, he’s put in just as many hours as a PA Announcer, a Host / Emcee, a Spokesman, a Motorsports Announcer, and as a Race Announcer for Marathons and Triathlons.
When Michael was starting out, there was never anyone for him to turn to. No one to ask questions, no one for training or coaching, and certainly no one offering any mentoring. It took the entirety of Michael’s first 10 years to begin to see the there was actually a viable path to success. It was only then that he was able to begin understanding the so-called 'secrets' of how to always get to the next level. And, how this new level of understanding could lead to a full-time career in the profession.

All Coaching sessions are 1-on-1 with Michael, and conducted LIVE from the "Virtual Training Studio". Your face-to-face sessions will be, in-depth, interactive, and highly personalized. Coaching will always include appropriate time for technical training elements, complete with drilling and rehearsing.

A personal message from your instructor...
I’ve been announcing professionally for well over 25 years now. When I was starting out, there was never anyone to turn to. No one to ask questions, no one for training or coaching, and certainly no one offering any mentoring. During my early years, it was clear to me that all of us (yes, myself included) who were calling ourselves ‘Professional Announcers’ were untrained, at times just yelling, and basically not even close to being a true professional in our craft. We simply didn't know what we didn't know. And again, there was no one, and no place, providing any guidance.
Any time I'm working directly with an Announcer in our LIVE 1-on-1 Personalized Trainings, I am solely focused on accelerating the inevitable learning curve so that the Announcer can advance more rapidly in his/her career. I accomplish this by providing the necessary industry information, and the valuable insights into the announcing craft that I had to acquire and learn on my own over the course of nearly three decades.

how will my session agendas be created?
Your 1-on-1 Personalized Coaching sessions will be designed to cover the subject matter contained in Michael's Coaching program, and be arranged with the most beneficial sequence of agendas designed to advance your career in the most effective manner. Coaching sessions always begin with a focus on Mindset and expected Actionable Steps to ensure that the proper foundation has been established prior to moving forward. Session agendas will then always include a combination of Michael's Basic, Business, and Advanced Coaching segments.

When do my Sessions start and finish?
We'll get your first sessions underway at your earliest convenience, and then schedule your subsequent sessions during months two and three to best fit your personal or professional schedule. We recommend one of two different formats to schedule your monthly Coaching: either a 90-minute monthly session with a 30-minute follow-up, or two (2) evenly spaced 60-minute sessions each month. We ask that all Sessions be completed within a 90-day time frame.

I would never want you to be unsatisfied. At any point within the first 20 minutes of your first Session, should you feel unsatisfied with your training for any reason, simply notify us that you would like to conclude the session immediately and receive a full refund. Additionally, prior to starting your Session(s), you may contact us within the first 30 days to let us know that you would like a full refund.
